This is a Category B1 station: Platform 1 (southbound) and platform 2 (northbound) are served via lifts from the Greyhound lane entrance.

Platforms 3 and 4 are only used during times of engineering works. Platform 3 (southbound) is served by lift from the Greyhound Lane entrance though platform 4 (northbound) is served by a separate entrance/short ramp in Eardley Road, approximately 130m from the Greyhound Lane entrance.

The Assistance Meeting Point is on platform 1, by the Help Point.

This station does not have tactile surfaces along all platform edges. Please pay attention to where the platform surface changes from smooth to paved or contact us for assistance.
